With some projects, it is possible to take on a fraction of the project to be financed. This product is usually offered in the form of Term Loans, Mortgage Loans, etc.
The target market include Corporate bodies/individuals executing or about to execute Projects requiring huge initial capital outlays, and have a gestation period before providing returns, e.g. Corporate Clients undergoing expansion works, Building/Construction projects i.e. Housing estates, etc.
